Thirty-five people including three "first-timers" attended the October 9 quarterly meeting of The Northern California Ataxia Support Group (NCASG). Thanks to Past Support Group Leader, Mike Fernandes for presiding over the meeting as I was unable to attend due to an illness.

A delicious BBQ sausage lunch was prepared and served by Ellie Anderson and crew. After lunch, Mike Fernandes introduced John Hogan, Adapted Physical Education and Health Science Professor from the College of San Mateo as our featured speaker. John Hogan received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Physical Education with an emphasis in Adapted PE/Corrective Therapy from San Jose …
