Videogames get new rating.

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) introduces a new videogame rating, El0+ (Everyone 10 and older). The ESRB says games that carry the El0+ rating might contain moderate amounts of cartoon, fantasy or mild violence; mild language; and/or minimally suggestive themes.

Patricia Vance of the ESRB says the reason for the rating was twofold.
