Sep. 9--VANCOUVER, Wash.--It's getting tougher to find affordable housing in Clark County.

A report released Monday by the Washington, D.C.-based National Low Income Housing Coalition shows that a Clark County resident must earn $15.29 an hour to afford rent on a two-bedroom residence. This is about 3 percent more than last year and more than twice the state's minimum wage of $7.01 an hour.

An estimated 42 percent of renters in Clark County cannot afford this, according to the coalition.
