PHILADELPHIA _ A lifetime designed to avoid Alzheimer's disease should include heaping orders of green leafy vegetables, a strong dose of mental and physical activity, a wallop of good social exchange and a watchful eye on weight gain. Obesity, lack of greens and inactivity can add up to dementia in old age, according to several new studies.
