Some of the simplest questions have the most difficult answers. Here's an example: How do we stop the epidemic of obese and overweight children?
"Oh, that's a good question," said Dr. Jack A. Yanovski, a researcher at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. He chuckled for a moment, then jumped right into the answer.
"We have a few hints at what might work," he said. "The best and most modifiable opportunities are promoting physical activity and avoiding inactivity."
