SEATTLE _ You've got to love the old-school reaction of White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen after Minnesota's Torii Hunter flattened his catcher, Jamie Burke, while scoring on a shallow sacrifice fly.
Hunter appeared to veer to the left of the plate to take out Burke, who spent the night in the hospital with a concussion. It was another blow to the White Sox, who dropped all three games in the crucial series with Minnesota, but Guillen was effusive in his praise of Hunter.
"If it happened on my side, I'd be high-fiving my player," Guillen told the Chicago Tribune after the game.
