Packers, NFL lose an unsung hero in Hatley.

DALLAS _ The quarterback, head coach and owner are the most visible faces of an NFL franchise. Win or lose, all eyes are on them.
But I've come to believe, in today's game, the most important person in any NFL building is the guy who finds the players. In a salary-cap world, you need a steady flow of young talent to stay afloat in a system that expels veterans from your roster every off-season.
If you've got a guy who can keep the roster stocked, you have every bit the edge on Sundays that you do with a Bill Belichick on your sideline or a Tom Brady in your huddle.
