Jul. 11--Smith Reynolds Airport is showing Triad International Maintenance Corp. the door.

The Forsyth County Airport Commission has filed a complaint in small-claims court against Timco in a bid to force the company out of space it rents at Smith Reynolds Airport. Timco subleases some of the space to Pace Airlines, a charter service that wants to start daily passenger flights later this year at Smith Reynolds.

The commission alleges that Timco defaulted on its lease agreement because it failed to make rental and utility payments on time. The complaint, which was filed on Wednesday, is the latest development between Timco and the …
