Aug. 14--Rogue Federal Credit Union has long sought an affordable entry into downtown Medford.

The 47-year-old financial services organization now claims 37,000 members and has $265 million in assets. But it's never had a downtown presence.

That's about to change.

When RFCU was offered an abandoned drive-up banking window with two bays and agreeable lease terms, the offer was too good to pass up.

With a couple thousand members working in and about downtown, said RFCU Chief Executive Officer Tim Alford, the former Wells Fargo drive-up at 102 N. Front St., was a perfect fit.
