Oct. 25--Like the jurors who couldn't decide on the guilt of former star banker Frank Quattrone, experts are divided over what the mistrial means to other accused corporate outlaws. The former federal prosecutors said it's encouraging news because a mistrial is generally considered closer to an acquittal than a conviction.
