Wachovia Hires Marketing Director for Wealth Management Business.

Jun. 20--Wachovia Corp.'s wealth management business, which is focused on financial products and services for the very well-to-do, has hired Raj Madan to lead its marketing team.

In his newly created position of marketing director for Wachovia Wealth Management, which is based in Winston-Salem, Madan will be responsible for designing and putting into practice a marketing strategy for the division's operations, which are a vital part of Wachovia's corporate growth strategy.
