Struggling Peregrine Tries to Lease Two More Carmel Valley, Calif., Buildings.

Sep. 21--Troubled business software company Peregrine Systems continues to shed real estate, as two more buildings in the company's five-building office campus in Carmel Valley have been put on the market for lease.

A three-story building and a five-story building totaling nearly 190,000 square feet became available this week. Five months ago, 150,000 square feet of space in two other Peregrine buildings was offered for lease.

That means Peregrine is now located primarily in one building in the office campus.

The onslaught of vacant Peregrine space on the market is expected to add to the office glut in Carmel Valley …
