Mar. 24--HELEN CHAVEZ has been named to lead the new U.S. Bank branch office in Ontario as vice president and branch manager. The branch, at 800 North Haven Avenue, Suite 110, opened for business January 28. Chavez has more than 24 years banking experience with extensive knowledge in administration and commercial lending. She comes to her job from Citizens Business Bank, where she was vice president and general manager.
