Fontana, Calif., Business Park Project Begins to Take Shape.

Apr. 11--FONTANA, Calif.--Walls are rising at the corner of Etiwanda and Jurupa avenues for what will be a 1.1 million-square-foot business park. Oltmans Construction Co. has been working on Jurupa Business Park since late January, but this week the buildings themselves started taking shape. The roofs go on next week as work progresses on an 827,560-square-foot, cross-docked distribution center and a complementary 250,430-square-foot facility.

"We've got a lot of work to do before this is ready," said Troy Brown, project superintendent for Oltmans. "Once the buildings are done, we'll be doing street improvements too. We're widening …
