Applied Nanotech, Inc. (ANI), a subsidiary of SI Diamond Technology (3006 Longhorn Blvd., Austin, TX 78758; Tel: 512/339- 5020), announced the demonstration of a 14-in. diagonal carbon nanotube display. The display was made with low-cost fabrication techniques on inexpensive glass substrates. No photolithographic steps were necessary which simplified the manufacturing process. This model was monochrome but color is possible using different phosphors.
