Aug. 27--Local importers are up in arms for a second time this summer over problems at the Port of Miami-Dade as containers filled with vital goods are stuck in the seaport's bureaucratic labyrinth with no sign of relief.
Despite an injunction from a federal district judge on July 9 that forced striking truck drivers back to work, companies that rely on the port in downtown Miami insist that serious delays linger.
