DENVER, March 31 (UPI) -- Qwest Communications of Denver reportedly plans to revise its bid for MCI, which accepted a rival bid of about $7.6 billion from Verizon Communications.

It was the second time the Ashburn, Va.-based MCI, formerly WorldCom Inc., has agreed to be acquired by Verizon.
