Mar. 30--It's three down and four to go, Mayor Bloomberg contended yesterday of his struggle to have the MTA take over seven private bus lines.
The seven city-franchised and heavily subsidized lines serve a combined total of 400,000 riders a day in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan.
