Mar. 30--A University of Kentucky ophthalmologist indicted for promoting a wrinkle treatment that paralyzed four Floridians, posted a $200,000 bond and walked out of federal court in Fort Lauderdale Tuesday.
Dr. Robert Baker is among four people so far indicted for promoting at medical seminars botulinum toxin type A, an unlicensed version of the active ingredient in Botox, the popular wrinkle treatment.
