Mar. 30--McKINNEY -- Collin County officials have sued a business services company and a software provider for nearly $16 million, saying the companies failed to deliver on promises to upgrade and integrate county computers.
The lawsuit, filed last week in state District Court, accuses Siemens Business Services and SAP Public Services of fraud, negligent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
