Mar. 29--The Jets' offer for the MTA's West Side railyards site could be worth nearly $300 million more than rival Cablevision's -- but it comes with more strings and less upfront cash, documents released yesterday show.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority released bid proposals from the two suitors, plus a third, days after details of the offers were divulged.
By going with the Jets, who hope to build a stadium on the site, the MTA could earn a potential $720 million. But...
