Mar. 29--The city has chosen three finalists from among potential developers of Municipal Lot 1 in downtown Flushing and the final choice is expected this spring.
The decision will be made after the finalists further refine their proposals for the 1,100-space lot, city Economic Development Corp. President Andrew Alper said.
The 5-acre site is bounded by Union St., 39th Ave., 138th St. and 37th Ave....
