Mar. 29--A Dania Beach landmark and one-time tourist attraction was doomed to extinction on Monday when a federal judge ordered that artifacts from the Graves Museum of Archaeology and Natural History will be dispersed among six Broward Community College campuses, Fort Lauderdale's Museum of Discovery & Science and Florida State University in Tallahassee.
On Monday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Paul G. Hyman Jr. approved a trustee's plan that pays creditors and dissolves the Broward County Archaeological Society, which had been running the museum.
