Mar. 29--Blockbuster Inc. management moved on to plan B Monday, after it was left without the prospect of merging with its biggest rival.
That plan, outlined earlier, calls for the Dallas company to spend aggressively this year on online DVD rental, in-store subscriptions and its "no more late fees" promotion.
Wall Street showed a mixed reaction to Blockbuster's decision...
