Mar. 27--Two 100-gallon tanks of diesel fuel have slowly leaked their contents into the Seaford harbor since they were dumped there nearly a decade ago, a former marina owner said.
"They bleed out," said Stan Stuart, who owned the Silver River Marina, where the says the tanks were dumped. "You see a slick every week or two weeks. You see a sheen, and it's going into the wetlands."
