Mar. 27--Surfside's Planning and Zoning Board held a public workshop Tuesday on a proposed landscaping ordinance that generated considerable debate when first floated last summer.
This time the reaction was more measured, as about 25 residents turned out for the workshop and registered their concerns over the 15-page draft prepared by Town Planner Jack Luft.
