Mar. 26--A barge spilled nearly 30,000 gallons of diesel fuel into the Arthur Kill, after hitting a submerged object near a New Jersey terminal, officials said yesterday.
The U.S. Coast Guard and environmental conservation engineers said the crew noticed the spill just before 8 p.m....
