RON INSANA, CNBC ANCHOR: President Bush announced a new pact today with Canada and Mexico that will broaden cooperation on security and economic issues. Meeting in Waco, Texas President Bush and Mexican President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin said, while all three nations have taken steps to improve trade and security, more needs to be done. The leaders said in a rapidly changing world, we have to make our open societies safer and more secure, our businesses more competitive and our economies more resilient.
