Mar. 23--Mark Butler is a trend spotter.
The founder of Greenwich-based beverage importer Bacmar International has built his career around bringing some of the latest fads to the American spirits industry.
His most recent creation is Voyant Chai Liqueur, a chai tea-flavored cream liqueur that hit store shelves four months ago.
