Mar. 15--CARTERET --As part of the borough's ongoing effort to remake Carteret from gritty to glorious, a five-acre block of land on Roosevelt Avenue from Pekola Terrace to Orchard Street will be considered for redevelopment.

The Planning Board will hear a presentation on whether any property described in the West Carteret Commercial Redevelopment Study Area qualifies as an area in need of development on March 23 at 7 p.m.
