The Swedish financial regulator Finansinspektionen is warning the fund industry to improve its disclosure of structured products or prepare for official legislation. The use of interest-bearing and derivates-based instruments is not properly disclosed to the investor, especially with regards to pricing structures, said Joakim Schaaf, head of unit, funds....
