Mar. 6--SKOWHEGAN -- Virtually every little town has a summer festival nowadays.
Outdoor weddings are more in vogue. Whitewater rafters flock to the upper Kennebec River valley, and recreation centers host huge summer tournaments.
The tens of thousands who attend these events and the few who might live in a home with a backed-up sewer line or frozen pipes are no different from anyone else. They need a bathroom from time to time.
