Feb. 28--Subway fares jumped for the second time in two years yesterday -- and angry straphangers said no matter how loud they complain, the MTA never hears them.

"I think it's horrible," said Marleny Cruz, 23, an Astoria broker on the N train making her way to the Bronx. "The service is getting worse every day, and they're increasing the fare?"
