Feb. 28--Saddam Hussein's half-brother was nabbed in Syria and handed over to the Iraqi government yesterday in what officials called a major blow to the bloody insurgency.
After months of denying their country harbored any Saddam cronies, Syrian authorities arrested Sabawi Ibrahim al-Hassan, who shares a mother with Saddam, and 29 other fugitive members of the former dictator's Baath Party.
