Feb. 28--First-class passengers get mimosas, cookies and fluffy pillows, and high-level frequent fliers get upgrades and free flights.
They also get an express lane or a pass to go to the front of the line at airport security checkpoints nationwide, including Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Status has its perks.
