Feb. 25--Calling Mayor Bloomberg a "winner," the chairwoman of the International Olympic Committee's evaluation commission said yesterday the panel has "trust" that he will build a $1.7 billion stadium on the West Side.
"For us, it's important to have the stadium," Nawal El Moutawakel said during a news conference at The Plaza Hotel that capped her panel's whirlwind four-day visit to New York.
