Feb. 28--HOME SHOPPING NETWORK: Three area businessmen -- Darren Groteboer and brothers Tom and Joe Haley -- believe people want more convenience when shopping for things like countertops, fireplaces, tile or window treatments.
So they are building a 65,000-square-foot Design and Selection Center along U.S. 63 in south Rochester, across from Fleet Farm.
