Feb. 28--Golden Years Homestead plans to invest up to $15 million to expand its facilities along Maysville Road next year.
The not-for-profit health care and retirement community plans to build a facility on eight acres across the street from its current location, said Thomas Garman, president and chief executive officer. It also will add assisted living units and independent living apartments.
