Feb. 28--TAOS, N.M. -- When it comes to allowing "big box" development, the Taos County Commission isn't saying yes, but it isn't saying no, either.
A proposal to amend the county's land use ordinance to prohibit construction of commercial buildings larger than 80,000 square feet was voted down 3-1 last week after a heated debate on the proposal submitted by Commissioner Don Francisco Trujillo....
