LAWRENCE, Kan. _ Oklahoma State came to Kansas to decide which is the best in the Big 12. After Kansas held on for an 81-79 win that came down to the final shot, the debate was where this game ranks in the 50-year history of Allen Fieldhouse.

The game was that good. And it was good because both teams feature plenty of seniors.

The senior who stood tallest was Kansas forward Wayne Simien, who made a convincing argument for Big 12 Player of the Year with a career-high 32 points and 12 rebounds.
