EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. _ The growing pains are turning to throbs.
The Cleveland Cavaliers' multi-year struggle to go from the basement to the top of the heap is wrought with them. The stumbling block of the moment appears to be those mandated road games, which continue to be a weak link.
