WASHINGTON _ Three times in the second half on Sunday, the Georgetown crowd at the MCI Center got energized and vocal as the Hoyas made scoring runs, threatening to turn around the game against Villanova.
Three times, the Wildcats answered.
And thanks to its ability to respond, No. 23 Villanova beat Georgetown, 67-56, for its fifth consecutive win.
