Feb. 27--MEADVILLE -- Dad's dog food has fed more than a few growls of hunger in its day, but nothing like this.

This is the growl from the hearty exhaust of a beefy V-Twin mounted on two-wheels and wrapped in lime-green bodywork. Dad's, a manufacturer of pet foods and treats, has gone biker.

The Meadville-based Dad's Products Co. commissioned custom bike builder Dave Davies of Davies Custom Motorcycles in Duanesburg, N.Y., to craft a unique custom cruiser-style motorcycle.

What they got was a powerful, born to run machine with some really unusual styling …
