MIAMI _ There's nothing in Heat history quite like standing in this particular locker room an hour before this particular tip-off.
Alonzo Mourning, still unsigned, is back with the trainers, warming down after a workout. Wesley Person, still signed, sits over here at his locker, politely begging off questions of his temporary standing.
Steve Smith, newly signed, sits over there at his new locker saying how it's "great to be back." How it's "all about the ring." And how, oh, yeah, when he made that hand-to-the-throat "choke" sign last playoffs directed at the Heat's Eddie Jones, "I was just playing. We're fine."
Rasual Butler is doing push-ups in the middle...
