Feb. 27--In January 2004, Laura Earley made an unsafe left turn, causing another car to collide with her 2002 BMW 325.
The dealership told the 23-year-old Middlebury resident to take the car to Town & County Auto Body in North Haven, which specializes in repairing high-end vehicles.
What she didn't know was that her insurance company would not match Town & County's high labor rate.
