Feb. 25--Electronic Data Systems Corp. confirmed Thursday that it's considering selling part or all of its management consulting unit, A.T. Kearney, to that firm's leadership.
The move, reported Thursday by USA Today, isn't a major surprise. Since Michael H. Jordan joined Plano-based EDS as chief executive in 2003, the company hasn't considered A.T. Kearney a strategic part of its core technology outsourcing business.
