BAE SYSTEMS Receives Helo Countermeasure Contract.(Communications and Electronics Command)(Brief Article)
BAE SYSTEMS on Tuesday said it has received a $7.2 million contract from the Army's Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) to provide additional ALQ-144A Countermeasures Sets for Army and Navy helicopters.
"Throughout the war and follow-on missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, BAE Systems has shown continued support of our efforts and ever-changing requirements, keeping their most important customer safe--the soldier," Harry Ivory, Army program manager at CECOM, said.
