"Will a clutch kit give more power to my Kawasaki KFX700?" It's a question we've heard more than once since the introduction of the KFX700 two years ago. We usually answer with "it's really more about creating efficiency and controlling the RPM and torque, not power." Then, we send these people to the experts. One of those clutching gurus is Glenn Erlandson of Erlandson Performance. He's been modifying clutches in snowmobiles for years and has become a master at manipulating an ATV clutch as well. We recently sat down with Erlandson to find out more about his Kawasaki KFX700 Pro Clutch Kit. We watched closely and listened as Erlandson, in less than an hour; explained and installed the kit to a bone-stock 700. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of what we learned.
