Feb. 25--STOCKS STEAMROLLED to an afternoon rally yesterday, shaking off early losses after oil prices retreated from four-month highs.

The Dow gained 75 to 10,748.79, producing the back end of the best two-day rally since December. The Nasdaq jumped 20.45 to 2,051.70.
