Feb. 24--Real estate investor Hank Sopher and development group Leviev & Boymelgreen have won the bidding for a highly prized 3.5-acre property on Brickell Avenue auctioned off by the Venezuelan government.
Price: at least $70 million.
"I am not at liberty to say the price, but you can safely say it is somewhere between $70 million and $80 million," Sopher said. The parties signed a contract for the property last week, he said.
